Scott Paschal Tennis: Positive Impact on Tennis in Jordan

Posted in Uncategorized at 7:45 am by Scott Paschal

Abdul, my full time tennis academy student from Jordan, helped me teach tennis to Daja. Abdul shows incredible promise not only as a potential world class jr tennis player, but also as a tennis coach, which is a career path he is considering. Daja is 11 yrs of age. His family is from India.

Abdul, my full time tennis academy student from Jordan, spent some some time hitting with one of our local academy students.

Abdul shows incredible promise not only as a potential world class jr tennis player, but also as a tennis coach, which is a career path he is considering.

The students he hit with is 11 yrs of age. His family is from India.

As I watched them both workout, I thought back to the many, many players from 25 countries and 15 USA states that I have had the opportunity to coach full time.

25 countries. Still hasn’t sunk in! 25 countries, 25 cultures…caring for them on a full time basis…food, training, sleep, school, faith.

What a blessing to live a life that God works through to impact His children worldwide.

God bless!

Scott Paschal Tennis: Coaching 2 Ladies League Teams in Florida!

GREAT time coaching one of my two ladies teams! Each team has 16 ladies.  Has been 10+ years since I’ve worked with a ladies league team! My awesome wife, Melody, helped me with the team, as did my full time tennis academy student from Australia, David. This group of ladies LOVED their workout! They appreciated the high level of coaching skills we brought to the courts…and the passion, fun, and excitement as we strive to make sure everyone improves!

Welcome Christian Tennis Player, Vivian, From Ecuador!

Vivian warming for morning workout. This awesome 15 year old is from Ecuador. Vivian’s father signed her up as a member of International Christian Tennis Association when she was just 11… and now here she is training with us full time!

Vivian’s father signed her up as a member of International Christian Tennis Association when she was just 11… and now here she is training with us full time!

For me, personally, it is very special to have Vivian here.  She is part of a new tennis generation that has known about ICTA since they were very young! To them, ICTA is a normal part of tennis.  10-12 years ago…we weren’t!  But, now, kids worldwide have known about ICTA for the majority of their lives. That’s pretty cool.

Vivian will train and travel with ICTA Women’s Pro Tennis Team to ITF pro circuit tournaments.

Her father, though he misses her tremendously, is very happy she is here…and that God is impacting her life in such special ways!

God bless!

I enjoy bringing our awesome athletes to the track to work on their stamina, quickness, and explosive power. International Christian Tennis Association’s Ultimate Impact Tennis Academy students can expect the strongest tennis training offered anywhere. Footwork, weights, plyometrics, mental, nutritional, emotional, flexibility, tennis twice daily, biking, strategy, tactics….

These three students I have coached for a combined 14 years. Ana from Ukraine is now a full time WTA ranked pro tennis player. Mark from Mexico is attending Palm Beach Atlantic University and competing on their tennis team. David from Australia is a hitting coach for our academy and is beginning to compete in ITF Men’s pro qualifiers.

Ana’s goal is to become a top 100 WTA player.  She is a full time Christian missionary on the pro tour. Her passion is to become a speaker and use her life to help youth from difficult backgrounds learn about Jesus.  Mark’s goal is to become an Internal Medicine doctor, like my brother-in-law, and have a Christian medical ministry. David’s goal is lead mission trips worldwide while coaching and playing tennis.

My wife, Mel, and I are grateful for the opportunity to invest in the lives of these great kids. As I talk this week and next week with potential new students from Indonesia, Thailand, Columbia, Russia, Belarus, USA, Philippines, Switzerland…I have an excitement knowing we have the potential to truly impact their lives.

God bless,
